Slow blow-up

Despite a significant increase in mileage, the troublesome knee is holding up quite well. It's slowly, but only slowly accumulating fluid.
I guess that means I will need the surgery, but it's really rather preventative and all things being equal, I might manage to keep the interruption to the training to a minimum.
Perth Marathon won't be possible, though.
This week's figures:
Running 57.46k at 5:14m/k and HR 140 (4 days)
Cycling 59.04k at 29.25k/h and HR 127 (2 days)
Weights on 4 days
Today is rest day.

Now just waiting to get Epi's result from Canberra.

Henry - Take it easy for a while. Perhaps you can consider City to Surf or Rottnest marathon later in the year. Good luck.
